Local progress and service data

The app does not require a user account, name, phone number, or postal address. Progress and preferences are stored locally. Google services also process technical, usage, diagnostic, and advertising information. The app is not a no-data-collection product.

Usage, identifiers, and diagnostics

Depending on your device and privacy choices, service data can include app interactions and screens, quiz completion, aggregate scores and outcomes, ad requests and interactions, app-instance/Firebase installation/Crashlytics identifiers, advertising or app-set identifiers when available, device model, operating system, app/SDK versions, network type, crash reports and stack traces. Services may process your IP address and infer an approximate country or region. The app does not request GPS location permission.

Custom analytics events are restricted to approved technical and aggregate gameplay fields. They do not send question or answer text, question IDs, names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, or arbitrary text written by you. The app does not assign a custom personal user ID to Crashlytics reports.

Google services and their purposes

Firebase Analytics helps understand feature use and quiz completion. Firebase Crashlytics helps diagnose crashes and improve stability. Firebase Remote Config delivers operating settings and may use installation, device, country, language, and time-zone information. Google Mobile Ads/AdMob serves and measures advertising and helps prevent fraud. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents advertising privacy choices where required.

Advertising and your choices

Advertising services may process IP-derived approximate location, identifiers, app/ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Personalised advertising uses the consent and permissions required in your region. Where UMP provides a Privacy options entry in the app, you can reopen it to change your choice. You can also manage or reset/delete advertising identifiers in your device privacy settings. Refusing personalisation may still allow limited or non-personalised advertising. It does not necessarily stop all technical or diagnostic processing.

Recipients and international processing

Relevant data goes to Google for the services above and may be processed outside your country. Some advertising transfers may count as sharing or a sale under particular privacy laws even though YSFMARK does not directly sell customer records to data brokers. Use available privacy choices and contact us about rights that apply to you. Google’s privacy and Firebase policies explain its handling; links appear below.

Retention and deletion

Local progress remains until you clear storage or delete the app. Google service data follows the relevant product configuration, service retention policies, and legal obligations; we do not claim a verified fixed retention period for every SDK record. We do not maintain a personal cloud account for you. Because measurement uses installation/pseudonymous identifiers rather than your email, we may be unable to identify an individual record from an email alone. Contact us to review an identifiable request, and use device advertising controls and in-app privacy options where available.

Who is responsible

YSFMARK is the developer name used by Youssef Azzi, an independent developer based in Morocco. For privacy questions or requests, contact ysfmark@gmail.com. This policy covers the app identified above and explains website/support processing when you use those services.

When you use our website or contact support

The website is hosted on our Hostinger VPS in France. Delivering and protecting the website requires processing network information such as your IP address, connection time, requested host, response status, and connection metadata. Routine access logs omit request URLs/query strings and request/response headers and rotate on a seven-day schedule. Restricted system/security logs rotate on a fourteen-day schedule; incident-related records may be kept as needed to resolve an incident or comply with law. Infrastructure backups expire on their backup rotation and may temporarily contain older operational records.

This website has no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, embedded social feeds, or externally loaded fonts. Choosing a language changes the URL rather than setting a tracking cookie. Following a store or service link takes you to that provider’s site.

If you email us, Google/Gmail processes your email address, message, and attachments to deliver and store the correspondence. We use them to respond to your request, investigate a problem, or handle a privacy request. Keep messages limited to necessary information. Correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request and legitimate follow-up, or for a legal requirement; you can ask for deletion. App data stored only on your device is not accessible to our support team.

Purposes, legal grounds, and transfers

We use information to provide the features you request, respond to support, maintain security and reliability, and comply with applicable law. Where a particular legal framework applies, grounds can include providing a requested service, legitimate interests in security and support, legal obligations, and consent for optional processing that requires it. We do not treat visiting this policy as consent to optional collection.

Hosting is in France; the developer operates in Morocco. Google, OpenWeather where relevant, email services, and their service providers may process data in other countries. Hosting the website in France does not mean every third-party app service processes data only in France. Relevant safeguards and your rights depend on the service and applicable law; contact us for information about your request.

Your rights and privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Email us with the app name and enough information to identify the request; we do not require an app account to receive a privacy request. We aim to respond within 30 days and explain any lawful exception, necessary verification, or extension. You may also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority, including Morocco’s CNDP where applicable.

Children, security, and changes

The apps do not ask children to supply a name, contact details, or identity documents to create an account. If a child has sent personal information to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request review and deletion. This statement does not claim a children-only service, a particular age rating, or automatic exemption from rules governing advertising or children’s data.

We use HTTPS, limited access, and proportionate security safeguards. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. A future account, payment, synchronisation, analytics, or permission feature needs appropriate disclosure and controls before it starts processing new data. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date and any additional notice or consent required by law.
